Welcome to the Run F.A.R. 5K Ambassador Team

This agreement is made between The Fibroid Pandemic ("Organizer") and [Ambassador’s Name] ("Ambassador"), who agrees to serve as an unpaid event ambassador for the 5th Annual Run F.A.R. 5K Run Walk.

1. Ambassador Responsibilities

​

The Ambassador agrees to:

• Post a minimum of twice a month up until race day on 7/25/26 (feed, story, or reel are acceptable)

• Tag @RunFar5k on Instagram

• Promote event graphics across social media with a call to action to register              

• Follow @TheFibroidPandemic, @PadThePandemic, and @RunFar5k on Instagram

• Engage with event posts from @RunFar5k (IE: likes, comments, shares)

• Submit agreement to receive your ambassador code via email

 

2. Ambassador Perks

The Organizer agrees to provide the Ambassador with:

• Two (2) complimentary race entries and participation to the Run F.A.R. 5K including event t-shirts and medals

• A complimentary vendor exhibitor space to showcase your products, services, or experiences

• A custom discount code for your audience

• Added visibility across our event and platforms​

3. Key Dates & Deadlines

​

• Race Day: Saturday, July 25, 2026 | 8am EST | Chastain Park, Stella Drive NW, Atlanta, GA 30327

• Promo Period: Now through July 27, 2026

• Final Code Usage Deadline: July 25, 2025

 

4. Term & Termination

This agreement is effective from the date of signing until July 26, 2026. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the Ambassador does not fulfill their responsibilities.

5. No Compensation

This is a voluntary and unpaid ambassador role. No financial compensation will be provided.

6. Media Release​

The Ambassador grants permission for their name, image, and likeness to be used in promotional materials, social media, and event marketing.

7. Agreement Acceptance

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms of this agreement.
