Run F.A.R. 5K | July 26, 2025 | Grant Park, Atlanta

This agreement is made between The Fibroid Pandemic ("Organizer") and [Ambassador’s Name] ("Ambassador"), who agrees to serve as an unpaid event ambassador for the 4th Annual Run F.A.R. 5K Run Walk.

1. Ambassador Responsibilities

​

The Ambassador agrees to:

• Promote the event across your social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

• Share event graphics, personal messages, and your unique ambassador code to drive registrations               

• Follow @TheFibroidPandemic, @PadThePandemic, and @RunFar5k on Instagram

• Engage with event posts from @TheFibroidPandemic, @PadThePandemic, or @RunFar5k (IE: likes, comments, shares)

• Post a minimum of once per week up until race day on 7/26/25 (feed, story, or reel are acceptable)

• Tag @TheFibroidPandemic, @PadThePandemic, and @RunFar5k on Instagram

• Encourage your followers to sign up and spread awareness

 

2. Ambassador Perks

The Organizer agrees to provide the Ambassador with:

• Complimentary race entry and participation in the 5K

• Exclusive swag (custom T-shirt, wristbands, etc.)

• Social media features across event platforms

• Networking opportunities with sponsors, vendors, and attendees

 

3. Term & Termination

This agreement is effective from the date of signing until July 27, 2025. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the Ambassador does not fulfill their responsibilities.

4. No Compensation

This is a voluntary and unpaid ambassador role. No financial compensation will be provided.

5. Media Release​

The Ambassador grants permission for their name, image, and likeness to be used in promotional materials, social media, and event marketing.

6. Agreement Acceptance

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms of this agreement.
