Terms & Conditions Agreement

Please carefully review the following Terms & Conditions Agreement. You must acknowledge and accept the terms to complete your registration for a complimentary vendor space.

Vendor Terms & Conditions Agreement

Cancellation: Cancellations within 7 days or no-shows may forfeit future participation.
Liability: Vendor waives all claims and agrees that The Fibroid Pandemic, Pad The Pandemic Foundation, the founder, and affiliates are not liable for injury, loss, or damages.
Indemnification: Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless event organizers from any claims arising from their participation.
Media Consent: Photos or videos may be used in event promotion.
Removal Rights: Organizers reserve the right to remove vendors for noncompliance.

I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions Agreement. I confirm that my organization is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in good standing and will adhere to all event guidelines.
